The fire at the Notre Dame Cathedral, which fortunately saw no major casualties led to over $1.1 billion dollars being donated by the global community - will Lebanon be overlooked now at this moment of devastation or will the global community rise to the occasion as we must do whenever such a tragedy occurs?
